Anti-LRP4 autoantibodies in AChR- and MuSK-antibody-negative myasthenia gravis

The authors studied the effects of Lrp4 antibodies on the neuromuscular junction and were able to prove that it caused changes at the neuromuscular junction. The specific changes and mechanisms uncovered reffectively proved that Lrp4 antibodies are an additional antibody that causes MG.
